Sometimes we try to climb them. Sometimes we lose ourselves searching for a way around them. Sometimes we stand still because the path ahead isn't clear.
I don't claim to have your answers. I offer reflection, perspective, and intuitive guidance to help you recognize the path that is already yours to walk.

Every session begins the same way: by listening.
Before searching for answers, we create space for what your body, your emotions, and your spirit have been trying to communicate.
As we explore what is present, insights begin to emerge. Some arrive through conversation. Others through intuitive guidance. Together, we follow what is ready to be seen.
Once clarity begins to take shape, the work shifts from understanding to integration. Through gentle energy work and intuitive practices, we help the body release what it no longer needs to carry.
Every session is unique because every person arrives with a different story. The process is never scripted. It unfolds in response to what is most needed in that moment.

Our work takes place in a small, private studio in the Bellingham countryside.
We'll meet beside the greenhouse and walk past the pasture together. Inside, there's a warm stove, a place to settle, and tea waiting.

I'm Lauren. My work is rooted in listening, intuition, energy, and years of study and practice, but more than anything, it begins with meeting the person in front of me exactly where they are.
